1-today I hear, lose up to 6 pounds in a week!!! Use Honey and cinnamon mixture. How; mix in a cup honey and cinnamon into a paste, pour in hot water, stir, cover and let stand until cool, pour through a coffee paper filter, then drink it. Do one cup in the morning and one at night.
Sounds to easy, eh?
I wonder why you can not just mix the ingredients into a hot cup of water and drink it. Why not drink honey water and take the cinnamon in a capsule? How much would someone drink if they are over weight by 10, 20 or more lbs or Kilos? What else should they do?
So I decided to check this out on the net. Findings: There was a fair number of people supporting it but others were trying it but still waiting for the weight loss then others said it worked but they gained the weight back faster after stopping the use of the drink. Others said they were tired of the taste, to soon. But I see even more trouble. There is no mention of, stop eating high calorie, fatty and salty foods, stop eating so much sugar, you have to exercise and you must drink water.
2-I just heard about Garcinia combogia (Kodumpulli) Feb 6th, 2008 it is a Native Southeast Asian fruit. Contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA) as active compound. It’s the HCA that gives Garsinia cambogia its great properties and HCA is the reason why so many weight loss products and dietary supplements. HCA acts as a modulator of lipid metabolism meaning that high doses of Garcinia Cambogia extract containing HCA can significantly suppress fat accumulation and accelerates fat break down (proved by a study). after thinking this over in my opinion. There is no magic bullet or formula, it all boils down to discipline and common sense. Sure try and or use these things, like honey/cinnamon, Kodumpulli, Hoodia or whatever. Sure give them a try why not?
But remember it is you, who will be putting the food you eat, in your mouth. Therefore, the trick, the solution is "You must know what you are eating!!" That is Common sense!
We all know if it tastes great it probably is bad for us. "Just eat less of it!!" That is Common sense!!
Remember a man only needs 2300 calories a day and a woman 1800 a day to live!!!!
So learn about what your eating, read the labels and know what you are eating on a typical day, "so if you eat something bad you will know when to stop." That is Common sense!!!
Yes when you are at your healthy weight you can Go for it, do a bit of bad or even some days do all bad but cut back your over all consumption for that day in calorie intake.
Remember starving and not eating much, will only work on the short term. "We want long term solutions!!!" That is common sense.
Eat what you want, when you are at your right weight. Then eat more on the healthy side, enjoy some bad foods sometimes by staying close to your calorie daily limit, do some daily exercise and drink some water. "All it takes now is discipline" That is Common sense.

Below is the listing on the power of cinnamon and honey which I just received. How right it is unknown to me but it certainly has some truths.
You decide which ones you would try or believe. My question is will this work with any honey and cinnamon from anywhere in the world?

Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.

Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient, was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterol is cured. According to information received in the said journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol.
COLDS:
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses.

The Best Anti-Virus Software in 2008

Computer Health...start your 2008 year off with a computer check up but get a good anti-virus program. Where? read on!!
In this Blog I am not dealing with the health of your body. All of you know I am involved with the alternative health cures and remedies but this time of the year I worry about one communication device we all use. The computer! And what about 2008, what is there in anti-virus programs out there? Is anyone testing these old and new anti-virus programs?? Which one is best for the price? Am I currently truly protected? Do I have any viruses, worms etc. on my system now?
Even though I do not have a updated anti-virus program, I think my computer is clean. I stop cookies through my cookie blocker, as I feel this is one of the main sources of viruses.
However:
I have had a few annoying, small things, which happened in 2007.
Like: key board freezing, dropped website contacts, emails received that I can not access, several suspicious emails I received that had unwanted cookies attached, some programs just stopping, etc. etc.
I scan disk and defrag at least once a month..you should be doing this too...especially if you find your computer getting slower.
During the past year, I was traveling outside of Canada and I used my laptop. But I just have no idea what is the best anti-virus software out there! I remember back in 1998 when I first was hit with the marijuana virus or stoned virus. I lost 8 pages of word processing and 4 hours of work. This virus brought a apple face on my screen then it suddenly started eating all my data. When done it then said,”your computer is now stoned, support marijuana sales!” I bought a McAfee program and found all my office computers(6 of them) were infected by this stupid virus. Since then I have had no viruses that have caused me any serious problems.
Everybody knows Norton and McAfee software but what about the others? With so many years passing since my first encounter with a virus and a warning given to me last week by my son, Doug.
I ask: What anti-virus program is truly the best one, at the best price and is best supported?
I finally found a company that checks these anti-virus programs and gives them a fair rating, I think. The internet has so much!!
Anyway, I wanted cheap, fast but effective! I think I found it!! So if your just looking, have a new computer or wondering like I did....check this out.
For $29.99, I think it is worth it.
I am now buying the top rated one by this company called Starrviews.com. And the program is called “The Shield Delux 2008 ”.
Ever heard of it??? Not me, until now..so if you have any comments please share.

NOTE: You now know why we have an eating disorder epidemic. Parents are setting bad examples by eating
fast, serving prepared foods laced with chemicals and allowing the use of
excessive amount of salt and sugar into their children’s diets.

With slow eating you will see the cutting of your portions in half will fill the gap. And hopefully you will do it with non-fat foods and avoid the whites :sugar, salt, white flour and fats! Ordinary water is essential to a healthy digestion especially if served warm or hot.

digestion by allowing the mouth time to inject necessary enzymes so that the

Note: Your body will tell you when it is full. Learn to listen to it and stop eating at that point! If you are overweight, your purpose is to shrink your stomach so you can keep the weight off. eating, drink water. If you want a dessert, eat half of the usual portion;
however, desserts are not needed by the body!

The best time to get the maximum benefit from the bran cereal and psyllium is
just before bed as a snack. Lying prone all night allows this food to do a good
cleansing job in the colon.

My suggestion for the
easiest all round exercise is two 10 minute walks at a pace of 100 minimum steps
per minute. Your body does not like to
sit all day so stand up when watching TV or reading a few times. Do not become a couch potato. Our bodies never evolved to be in active!
